KAGE "Permanent Mark" Open Studio

KAGE is an Australian dance-theatre company founded by Kate Denborough and Gerard Van Dyck.
They will create a dance/theatre performance called "Permanent Mark" that focuses on the effects that the environment and politics can have on society and on individuals.
Towards the end of the residency, an open studio will be held.

KAGE will be collaborating with street artist 281_Antinuke (often referred to the “Japanese Banksy) from Fukushima.
“Permanent Mark” is a site specific performance inspired by powerful Japanese landscapes including the historical townscape of Kinosaki and stunning images created by 281.
