A Melbourne-based artist who has collaborated in Butoh, dance, theater, and academic fields in Japan and abroad. Currently lives in Kobe. Her works, which are derived from nature, emotional landscapes and distant memories, range from delicate details to spatial installations. Completed graduate studies at Kyoto City University of Arts and a PhD at RMIT University, Australia.
Shuhei Hatano
Japan/Film maker
Filmmaker, born in Tottori in 1980. Graduated from Tama Art University, Department of Visual and Performing Arts. Lives and works in Tokyo. Creates works that combine fiction and documentary by digging up local history and customs based on field research. His major works include TRAIL (2012, Eurospace), Origin of Shadow (2017, Tokyo Documentary Film Festival 2018, Short Length Competition Grand Prix, Yogyakarta International Documentary Film Festival 2019, Invited work), and I am Oboeru (2021, Yamagata International Documentary Film Festival). 2021, Yamagata International Documentary Film Festival).

The town of Takeno once prospered as a port of call for Kitamae ships.
In February 2021, the work was presented as a performance in which the audience walked around the town.
